Our mission is to support you throughout your pregnancy journey with confidence and care. Our certified doulas provide personalized emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your unique needs—before, during, and after birth. We partner with Medicaid plans to help remove financial barriers to care, ensuring you receive the support you deserve while our doulas are fairly compensated.
We connect you with a local doula who provides both virtual and in-person support. Together, we’ll create a care plan tailored to your needs, with services offered across three phases: (1) prenatal (2) birth and (3) postpartum.
Our prenatal doula services offer support throughout your pregnancy including, pregnancy and childbirth education, emotional and physical support to prepare for labor and delivery, and tips on how to navigate your health and healthcare needs
Our birth doulas services ensure continuous labor and delivery support to create a smooth and positive birthing experience. We offer comfort measures for pain management, emotional support, and guidance in communicating with your care team.
The postpartum period is a time of healing and adjustment. Our postpartum doula services support you through this transition, offering newborn care education, recovery and emotional support, and help with your general postpartum needs—so you can feel confident and cared for as a new parent.
